The primary channel for technical support is the Senmo Support Desk, powered by Jira Service Management.

Through the support portal, you can submit requests using the available request categories and follow their progress.

Portal access and available request types may depend on your account permissions.

• Technical Support: API errors, integration problems, and unexpected behavior.
• InfraRails: Ledgers, accounts, transactions, balances, and authentication.
• Hyperhash: Blockchain infrastructure and integration inquiries.
• Foundry: Voucher infrastructure and integration inquiries.
• Product Access: Platform availability and onboarding questions.
• Documentation: Incorrect examples, missing information, and clarification requests.

Select the most appropriate request category available in the portal.

Before submitting a request

Review the relevant API Reference, Integration Questions, and Troubleshooting documentation.

When opening a support ticket, include:

• Product and environment.
• Description of the issue.
• Expected and actual behavior.
• Relevant API endpoint and HTTP status.
• Request identifier and UTC timestamp.
• Steps to reproduce the issue.
• Sanitized error messages or logs.

Never include passwords, API keys, private keys, or other secrets.
